The Theatre Certificate Program develops a practical understanding of what it is to act, move, perform, and direct. These skills enable you to work as a performers’ trainer, coach, choreographer, theatre practitioner and a director of movement. The year is divided into two semesters. At the Program, students receive over 500 hours of hands-on instruction and actual experience.

Our teachers are accomplished and working professionals who come from unique backgrounds and experiences. They are directors, scenographers, stage designers and choreographers who have worked on dozens of international theatre projects. They all dedicated many years to the exploration of performing arts, and have become true professional experts in the field.

What does it mean?
In the last semester of the Theatre Certificate Program, every student is required to complete their own Certificate Project. You will have the opportunity to create a project of your own. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive NIPAI Certificate of Completion.

How are the fees paid?For individual applicants, there are the following payment options available: Option 1. Tuition fee is made in one installment. Option 2. Tuition fee is made in two installments. Once admitted to IUGTE and NIPAI, students should pay a deposit to secure their place in the program.

What is the deadline for application?We accept applications on the regular basis. However, it is suggested to apply early because the participation fee increases as the start dates of some educational programs approach.

I am an international student - am I able to join the course?Of course! Our courses are open to international students.

Can I obtain diploma online?Yes, absolutely! Online Learning is held fully as a distance learning program. The course content and teaching methods are designed to support learning flexibility and access from around the world.

How experienced do I have to be in order to apply?Every application is considered individually. We are open for advanced and professional actors, performers, directors, dancers, choreographers. Please be clear in your application about your experience. Other than requesting a minimum age of 18 years old, we have no age limit.

Can I apply for a scholarship?There are certain options for qualified candidates for funding their studies from Need-Based Tuition Assistance to Talent-Based scholarships. Only accepted students can apply for scholarships and awards. Funding> Partial Scholarship from ArtUniverse>

What language are the programs held in?All programs are held in English.

Are there any further costs?We are committed to making the most of your course reading list available online through the library, which you can access with your university account. However, you may need to purchase some books for your studies depending on the module you are studying and your research interests.

When can I start my studies?IUGTE and NIPAI offers rolling admissions. You may apply year round to enroll for Autumn, Spring, Winter and Summer semesters and begin your study with E-Learning sessions.
